The Mighty Six Assam Rifles observed World Heritage Day with students from selected schools and colleges, including Tamenglong College, by organising a maiden Heritage Field Trip in Tamenglong District, Manipur, on 18 April 2024.
In all, 60 students including 29 Girls, 31 Boys, and 7 teachers from three institutes namely Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tamenglong, Pretty Lamb Institute, Tamenglong, and Tamenglong College, Tamenglong, were part of the heritage field trip. The team from Tamenglong College was led by Sir Jimmy Panmei and Sir Shining.
