Today, i.e., 20 May 2024, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Tamenglong College organized an interaction session on mentoring for the mentors (teaching staff) of the College. The session featured Sir Namsurei Thomas Kamei, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, and IQAC Coordinator, as the main resource person, while other teachers shared their experiences and suggestions on students’ mentoring.

In the interactive session, the students have been divided into 25 groups of 10–11 each, with each group assigned to a teacher for guidance. Following today’s insightful and interactive session, we are optimistic that mentoring classes will be conducted more systematically and effectively going forward.
