The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Tamenglong College, conducted a one day Workshop on Legal Awareness on the new three Criminal Laws on 1st July, 2024. The workshop began with opening remark from the Principal of the college, Dr. Kinthuijinang Maremmei, and was followed by a thorough deliberation on the new three laws, namely Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, by Shri David J. Kamei, Shri Daidatlung Kameih and Shri Ringsinrei Gonmei, faculties of the College as the resource persons. The program was moderated by Ms. Pouhimdailiu Himpe KG, and concluded with an act of gratitude by the IQAC Coordinator, Shri Namsurei Thomas Kamei. The workshop was attended by staff and students of the College.
