An emergency staff meeting was held at the office of the principal on 8 August 2024 (Friday) to discuss various issues and events to be observed during the current month (August) some of which are highlighted below:
- The meeting decided to organise a Painting Competition as part of the Nation’s Har Ghar Tiranga on 12 August 2024 (Monday) at 12:30pm on the theme “Respecting the National Flag”. For the painting Competition, Shri David Jiangamlung Kamei, Assistant Professor, Dept. of English and IQAC Joint Coordinator is appointed as the Teacher-in-Charge. Also, as per the directive of the Directorate of Education (U) and the Deputy Commissioner of Tamenglong District, there will also be “Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan” pledge on the same day at 10:00am.
- The College will observed the Har Ghar Tiranga at 7:30am on 23 August 2024.
- The College will organised a Students’ Induction Programme (for 1st Semester) on 17 August 2024 (Saturday). Shri Ngamtinlun Touthang, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Political Science, and Shri James Pame, Assistant Professor & HoD, Dept. of Chemistry, are appointed as the Coordinators for the programme.
The Meeting was chaired by Dr. Kinthuijinang Maremmei, Principal, and was assisted by Sir NG Tuakeulung, HoD, Dept. of English, as Meeting Secretary.
